Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Products damaged through misuse
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our support team will provide return instructions.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our return process.
